As we step into a brand-new fiscal year, it’s important to reflect on the one we’ve just completed. Celebrating our achievements and acknowledging the challenges we faced helps us move forward with renewed purpose. A new fiscal cycle represents a fresh start- one that brings with it new plans, announcements, and opportunities for growth.
The fiscal year 2024-25 was truly a transformative one for Absstem. Envisioned as the “Year of Change” by our leadership team, the goal was to redefine how we conduct business, continually add value for our customers, and strengthen our position in the PSA market through constant innovation and product upgrades.
Business Overview

FY 2024-25 witnessed remarkable growth for Absstem, both in terms of revenue and overall profitability. With a strategic focus on expanding our geographical footprint, we successfully doubled our installation base across India compared to the previous year.
The market also saw a clear shift in customer expectations. Today’s customers are more technology-driven and look for long-term value in every solution. We responded swiftly by developing customized Nitrogen and Oxygen generator solutions tailored to both industrial and healthcare segments.
A major highlight of the year was securing a prestigious 10-year service contract from the Central Medical Services Society (CMSS); an autonomous body under the Ministry of Health, Government of India. This contract covers comprehensive service and maintenance for 1,229 PSA oxygen plants across India, solidifying Absstem’s position as a trusted partner in national healthcare infrastructure.
Market Reach and Penetration
This past year was pivotal in building a PAN-India distribution network, strengthening our core strategy of being “closer to the customer.” Our experienced distributor partners not only secured high-value orders but also delivered exceptional after-sales service, earning the trust and satisfaction of end users.
It was a moment of great pride for Absstem to gain the confidence of leading global conglomerates such as Pepsico, Subros, and Paper Boat, among others. We also expanded our footprint across critical applications including:
- Surface Mount Technology (SMT)
- Laser Cutting
- Furnaces
- Rubber Seal Manufacturing
- 3D Printing
Marketing Initiatives
This year, we launched our marketing strategy with a two-fold focus:
- Showcasing our product and engineering strengths
- Understanding customer needs deeply to drive product development
Our participation in key industry events gave us a platform to do both. A highlight was being invited to speak at the National Guidelines on Oxygen Management & Capacity Building Programme held at AIIMS, New Delhi, where we shared valuable insights on the role of PSA technology in medical oxygen generation.
We also participated in Aahar 2024, where we launched our latest device, the nGENX—a state-of-the-art, Industrial-grade Nitrogen Generator that is now as compact as ever. You can read more about it here.
Events and Celebrations
This year marked Absstem’s 8th Anniversary, celebrated with a two-day retreat in the tranquil hills of Rishikesh. The event was a perfect blend of strategic discussions and team bonding, as the leadership team shared their vision for the upcoming year. The passion and enthusiasm of our young team members were truly inspiring.
Throughout the year, we also celebrated various festivals, monthly birthdays, and team-building activities, each of which played a key role in strengthening team spirit and boosting morale.
